A design concept for a luxury hotel on the Durrës waterfront, blending classical proportion with a contemporary, sculptural hand — a statement project for the Albanian-coast hospitality cycle.

The scheme reads the port context and the Adriatic light, organising guest spaces around calm, generous volumes.
